At Snooze.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  Pack the Item

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original Snooze.pk packaging.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice and share the tracking details with us.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer within 7 business days.
